Our WordPress site is slow. Can you fix it without rebuilding?
Usually, yes. Most slow WordPress sites are slow because of plugin bloat, a heavy theme or poor hosting, and all three can be fixed on the existing site. We audit first and tell you honestly whether a tune-up or a rebuild is the better money.
Our old developer has disappeared. Can you take over?
Yes, this is common and we have a process for it. We recover access, audit the site, secure it, and become your single point of contact. You keep your content, your domain and your rankings.
Do you build with page builders like Elementor?
We can work on sites that use them, but we do not build new sites with them. A lean custom theme is faster, safer in updates, and easier for your team to edit without breaking the layout.
Can WordPress run our online store?
Yes. WooCommerce is a proper ecommerce platform when it is set up well. We build stores your staff run day to day, including subscriptions and member pricing. We built a full winery store and wine club on it.
Do you build custom WordPress plugins?
Yes. We wrote the plugin that drops a full wine club into a WordPress site for Members One, and we build smaller ones when a client needs something the plugin directory does not do properly. Because we wrote it, it does not become an abandoned plugin you inherit.
Should we use WordPress or a custom-built site?
Whichever costs you less over five years, and it is not always WordPress. We rebuilt an Aldinga mortgage broker's WordPress site as a custom site for a few thousand dollars, replacing a setup that had cost them tens of thousands. We tell you which way the money points before you commit to either.
Can you move our WordPress site to Australian hosting?
Yes, and on a slow site it is often the fastest win available. We copy the site to the new host, test it there before anything switches over, and keep every URL identical so links and rankings survive the move.
Will you show our team how to update the site ourselves?
Yes, and it is part of every build. We walk your team through editing pages, adding products and swapping images in plain language, and you keep full admin access. Being locked out of your own website is how people end up stuck with a developer they no longer want.
