IT problems that stay fixed.

Managed IT support for Adelaide small businesses. Email, networks, hosting, backups and security run by one senior local team, so there is one number to call and the person answering can actually fix it.

When email dies, who owns the problem? The web guy blames the host, the host blames the domain company, the internet provider swears everything is fine, and you end up relaying messages between them instead of running your business. Most small businesses do not have an IT department. They have an owner or office manager doing IT in stolen minutes.

Webgrid runs the whole stack under one roof. We are a Microsoft partner for 365 licensing, mailboxes, migrations and security, we host on Australian infrastructure, and automated monitoring watches it all around the clock. When something needs a human, you get a local one who already knows your setup, not a ticket queue or an offshore call centre.

We are two senior people with backgrounds in networking, email systems, project management and software development, and that last one matters. Most IT providers stop at the plumbing. Because we build software as well, we can fix the clunky tools your business actually runs on and put AI to work on the boring admin, not just restart things and hope. Ongoing support is a flat monthly amount agreed up front. Project work gets a fixed quote in writing.

Middleton Events. An events business that moved its website, email and hosting to us, then had us build AI into its day-to-day processes. Their verdict was the point of the whole thing: one tech partner, under one roof. read the case study

Juxtaposed Wines. A McLaren Vale winery whose online store, email and hosting all sit with us. The team sells wine and fields none of the technical calls, because there is nobody to pass them between. read the case study

Questions, answered straight.

How much does IT support cost for a small business?

Ongoing support is a flat monthly amount agreed up front, based on your people, devices and what we are looking after. Project work like migrations gets a fixed quote in writing. There is no hourly billing, so a bad week for your IT is not a big invoice for you.

Do we need managed IT support or just ad-hoc help?

If a computer problem can stop you invoicing, taking bookings or answering email, managed support pays for itself, because monitoring catches small problems before they become outages. Ad-hoc help suits genuinely tiny setups. We will tell you straight which one you are, rather than sign you up for more than you need.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes, and it is a normal part of the job. We collect the passwords, domains, licences and vendor details, document everything, and deal with the old provider so you do not have to. If things are messy or half-documented, that is expected, not a problem.

Do you support Microsoft 365?

Yes, we are a Microsoft partner. Licensing, mailboxes, migrations from other email systems, spam filtering and security, shared calendars and files, and setup on phones and laptops. Microsoft 365 should be set up properly once, then just work.

Are backups included?

Yes, backups and monitoring are part of ongoing support, not an add-on. They run automatically, and monitoring tells us when something has not run, rather than leaving it to be discovered during a disaster. If you do not currently know whether your backups work, that is the first thing we check.

Do you do remote or on-site support?

Both. Plenty of problems are fixed remotely, which is faster for you, and we come on-site around Adelaide when hands on hardware are needed: new devices, network gear, Wi-Fi. We are based in Aldinga, work across Adelaide, and support businesses remotely Australia-wide.
