// the problem
The problem.
Intraline Health & Beauty is a non-surgical skin clinic in Modbury Heights, led by skin and laser specialist Justine: skin treatments, laser hair removal, massage and reflexology. The clinic came to webgrid with an old WordPress site built on Divi that had fallen a long way behind the business. Nobody on the team could update it, so treatments, packages and prices drifted out of date on the page while they kept changing in the clinic.
There was no online store either. Intraline sells skincare, treatment packages and gift vouchers, but the only way to buy any of it was over the counter through Square. A client who wanted to reorder a serum from home, or send a voucher as a gift, had to phone or drop in. That is a second shopfront sitting closed most of the week.
// what we built
What we built.
Webgrid rebuilt the site on WordPress with a custom theme written for the clinic, with no Divi and no page builder underneath. Pages are set up so the team can change a treatment, a price or a package themselves, without a developer in the loop.
The store runs on WooCommerce, connected to the Square POS the clinic already uses at the counter, Square Payments included. One product catalogue, one stock count and one place the money lands, whether a client buys in the treatment room or from the couch at home.
Booking sits front and centre on every page, because for a clinic that is the first job the website has to do. From kickoff to live took two months. Webgrid hosts the site and runs the clinic's email alongside it.

// how it runs today
How it runs today.
The store is live with 35 products across cleansers, serums, moisturisers, supplements, gift vouchers and treatment packages, all buyable online for the first time. Square keeps the counter and the website on the same stock and the same takings.
Webgrid hosts the site, runs the email and keeps everything updated and backed up. When the clinic wants a change beyond what the team can do themselves, it is one message away.
