What can AI actually automate in a small business?

Do we need new software?

Is our data safe?
We take it seriously. We use commercial AI services from OpenAI and Anthropic on plans where your data is not used to train models, we keep what is sent to them to the minimum the task needs, and we will walk you through exactly what flows where before anything goes live.

The workflow audit is $500 and gets you a written report and a fixed quote. Automation projects start from $3,000 depending on what we are wiring up. Everything is quoted in writing before any commitment, and if the scope changes we re-quote before doing the work.
How long does it take?
Most first automations are live within weeks of the go-ahead, built in stages so you see them working early. The audit itself is one sit-down chat plus a written report.
