Do we need to be technical?
No. The training is for the people who do the work: admin, sales, operations, owners. If your team can write an email, they can do this.
Which AI tools do you cover?
ChatGPT and Claude, plus the custom prompt templates we build for your tasks. If you already have accounts we work with those; if not, we will tell you what is worth paying for and what is not.
Is it on-site or remote?
Either. On-site anywhere around Adelaide, or over video for remote and regional South Australian teams.
Is the price per person?
No. $1,500 covers the half-day session for the whole team.
What about our data?
Part of the session covers exactly that: what is safe to put into AI tools, what is not, and the settings that stop your data being used for training. You leave with clear rules the whole team understands.
