// event & venue websites · adelaide
The diary fills itself.
Websites and booking systems for Adelaide venues, function centres, caterers and events businesses. Enquiries land in one place, deposits get paid online, reminders send themselves, and one local team keeps it all running.
Enquiries arrive by phone, Instagram, email and a contact form that goes to an inbox nobody owns. Dates get pencilled on a whiteboard, deposits get chased by text, and every booking generates the same six emails, typed by hand. One double booking and a good month becomes an apology tour.
Webgrid builds websites and booking systems for events and hospitality businesses that put the whole mess in one place. A site that actually shows the venue, forms that capture the date, numbers and budget up front, deposits and payments taken online, and confirmations and reminders that go out without you.
We are a two-person Adelaide studio, and we host and maintain what we build on Australian infrastructure, with business email under the same roof as a Microsoft partner. You get a fixed quote in writing, a flat monthly amount for hosting and care, and the same two people to call when something needs changing.

// faq
Questions, answered straight.
What does a venue or events website cost?
Every build gets a fixed quote in writing before any commitment. A site that shows the venue is one scope, a site with booking, deposits and reminders behind it is another, and the quote spells out which you are getting. Hosting and care is a flat monthly amount, and there is no hourly billing.
How long does it take to build?
Most venue and events sites are live within weeks of the go-ahead, with working pages to look at early on. Booking and payment systems add time depending on scope, and the quote includes an honest timeline. If you have a season coming, tell us the dates and we plan around them.
Can you connect it to what we already use?
Where practical, yes. We look at your current calendar, payment and accounting setup during scoping and tell you straight what connects cleanly and what is better replaced. Nothing gets promised until we have seen the tools.
Can it take deposits and stop double bookings?
Yes, that is usually the point of the build. Deposits get paid online when the booking is made, so dates are held with money rather than goodwill. Availability lives in one calendar instead of a whiteboard and three inboxes, which is where double bookings come from.
Do we need a booking system or just a website?
Start with how enquiries reach you. If the phone, DMs and email are manageable, a sharp website with a proper enquiry form may be enough, and we will say so. If you are retyping the same details and chasing deposits every week, the system pays for itself.
Who looks after it once it is live?
We do. We host what we build on Australian infrastructure, run the backups and updates, and make changes when you ask. Same two people, one number, a flat monthly amount agreed up front.
