The problem.
Most wineries run their wine club on spreadsheets and goodwill. Memberships in one place, payments in another, the cellar door till in a third, and a club run that takes days of manual work: picking who gets what, charging cards, sending emails, chasing failures.
A wine club is meant to be the winery's most reliable revenue. Run by hand, it is the most fragile thing in the building.

What we built.
Members One is webgrid's answer, built over four years: a club subscription platform for wineries where the whole cycle runs on its own. A member signs up, picks their bottles, and from there the platform processes orders to the club's schedule, takes payment through Stripe, and sends every email along the way automatically.
It meets wineries where they already are. A WordPress plugin drops club signup into the winery's existing website, the CRM gives the team one view of every member, and MO POS, a full point-of-sale app live on the App Store, runs the cellar door from an iPad or iPhone.
Under the hood it is Laravel, a native iOS app and Stripe billing, hosted on AWS with Microsoft 365 email, all run by webgrid.

How it runs today.
Six wineries run their clubs on Members One today, with the next one onboarding now. A new winery imports its member list, installs the plugin on its website and is away.
Webgrid built every layer and runs the lot from Adelaide: hosting, email, updates and support. For the wineries, the club simply runs.
